Host A Screening

Hosting a screening of FRANKLIN is a great way to gather your community to celebrate Australia’s proud history of peaceful activism.

Self-Host your own community or corporate screening

DIY Community/NFP screening licences are available to purchase here for AUD$250 + GST.

Corporate screening licences are available to purchase here from AUD$400 + GST.

You can sell tickets if you wish. You can also fundraise for your organisation or an approved cause.

After payment, you can download a MP4 digital file of the film for you to screen.

You will need to supply your own projection equipment and organise tech support to test the screening file prior to the event.

We want FRANKLIN to be used to gather and inspire communities to create positive change. Here are some key messages we would love to see included at your event!

  • Celebrate the proud history of the Franklin campaign, including it's recent 40th anniversary

  • Highlight peaceful activism as effective and crucial to a resilient democracy

  • Celebrate bio- and human-diversity as essential to resilient, healthy communities and environments

  • Remind Australians that the rights we take for granted today were won by “disruptive” activists through protest

  • Reframe peaceful activism as a positive contribution ordinary people can make

  • Encourage audiences to be active in protecting our environment and defending Australian’s right to protest

  • Build and activate communities on local issues, especially for positive environmental outcomes
